To qualify for this rate, at least one parent (or legal guardian) must be currently employed full-time as a certificated/licensed teacher in a general education school (üldhariduskool) licensed by the Estonian Ministry of Education – grades 1-12. (There is a limit of 2 children per family.) This rate is equal to 1% of the regular tuition rate. No registration fee and no capital development fee are assessed for these students.
